Effort Metrics based variable pay is being denied through making payout tied to hitting quota which very few SDR's are hitting. Quota attainment is largely territory based. Promotion's given out not interviewed for when moving up from SDR role. Usually dispersed to social climbers not necessarily people driving results. There has been a lot of blatant nepotism hire's as of late which is a derivation of past practices and is indicative of the company cultures ongoing change under Marlin Equity Partners as Virgin Pulse is no longer owned by Virgin Brands.

New leadership within last 2 years. Horrible. Pay plan includes "discretion" of leadership to your worth on the deal. Toxic management who decides if someone is "in" or "out". Do not recommend this sales org to new or young sales professionals. There is zero training, the product has endless use cases and value props to learn but no one can teach it to you concisely.
