Good company, difficult industry. Lead flow had traditionally been very good but has slowed down significantly in '24 making it tougher and tougher.

VT is full of incredibly talented and smart people who are friendly and helpful. However, the company still has a lot of growing to do and does not have much to offer in terms of benefits and/or perks. Onboarding was very difficult and support was inconsistent.

The people are great and love the remote aspect. Quota at every level is way out of range. High turnover and environment can be stressful when you're constantly chasing a goal that is impossible to obtain unless you had a lot of deal carry over from the previous quarter.
