Organization as a whole is pretty fractured. It’s more of a cluster of territories made up of purchased companies covering the region. Because of this each region basically operates under their own rule and most company wide decisions get pushed aside. YMMV. I joined a region that basically purchased a family operated company. Everyone with tenure was part of the original owners family/friends and the turnover for everyone outside of that original group was pretty big.

Mostly a Printer Sales org still. Senior leadership comes from Print culture not managed services. Top rep only hit 50% of Managed Services MRR quota in 23' End of February and still no 24' Comp Plan

Awful. The regional vp was such a micromanager. He was the biggest hindrance to sales.
