They have “blitz trips” once a month for a week at a time to prepare for summer program. They do not pay for for flight, manager did pay for Airbnb though. It will vary manager to manager . It just sucked for me because our team was part of a bigger team in a different state. My team in my state was super small and unprofessional. The rest of the team was very good though. I would give a better rating if got to spend more time with rest of team.

Working at Vivint SmartHome was a rewarding experience. The door-to-door role taught me confidence, communication, and persistence. The team was supportive, and leadership provided excellent training. I gained valuable sales skills and built strong connections with customers. It was challenging but motivating, with plenty of opportunities to grow and succeed.
