The inside sales department at Vivint is struggling due to management's relentless pressure on sales reps, despite the bad sales environment. Leads have dried up, yet management is demanding higher performance metrics than ever before. As a result, nearly everyone is on a performance improvement plan and facing constant threats to their job. Many skilled individuals in this department are simply biding their time until they find a better opportunity elsewhere.

Good, no base high commission earnings if youre good. Only real way to make a ton of money is in management but it is merit based.

My overall experience at Vivint has unfortunately turned negative. There has not been any positive changes for reps this year.
