Stagnating company, typical D2D where few succeed. Those who succeed have great future opportunities from within and do well. Biggest perk is working 3-5 months a year for a yearly income.

Only have positives to say about Vivint Smart Home. This company truly has mastered the sales management structure. They know how to incentivize the heck out of their sales force. Big turnaround but only the strong sellers stay which is not so bad.
