Vivint Smart Home has a great culture! I had a lot of fun and made a lot of friends while working there. For the majority of the time I worked in Channel Sales(Cross Sales) my team felt like a family. The campus in Provo is great. The base compensation as a sales rep was a pity and the pay I received from commission was very inconsistent due to constantly fluctuating lead sources. Overall I had a great experience and I can't think of a better entry to inside sales.

They have “blitz trips” once a month for a week at a time to prepare for summer program. They do not pay for for flight, manager did pay for Airbnb though. It will vary manager to manager .
