Vivint Smart Home has a great culture! I had a lot of fun and made a lot of friends while working there. For the majority of the time I worked in Channel Sales(Cross Sales) my team felt like a family. The campus in Provo is great. The base compensation as a sales rep was a pity and the pay I received from commission was very inconsistent due to constantly fluctuating lead sources. Overall I had a great experience and I can't think of a better entry to inside sales.

My overall experience was amazing. Coming straight out of college, this company gave me a platform to truly express my sales abilities, and taught me more in my 4 years with vivint than my 4 years in college. I was able to make life changing money, which I used to help my friends and family.

Vivint is a great place to work at if you are okay with traveling and working long hours. If you are good at it, you will make an absurd amount of money.
