Walmart Connect is still in a growth phase with continue ld expansion in personnel and revenue. Compensation is strong across all 3 roles I have had starting as an IC and Internal support teams and continuous development is decent. Similar to other digital ad companies they are forcing an RTO, but in addition to that also cut base salaries last year and reduced healthcare coverage. This has hampered the culture a good bit amd caused some turnover. Still a good company with lots of runway but certainly not the best out there.

strong product, if you're good at ad sales it's easy to do well. Continue to expand stack so there is a ton of opportunity to scale business.

Walmart Connect is a great place to grow your career. I've worked for several different sales orgs and the expectations here are clear. I think QoQ it's gotten to be a more intense environment but still very managable
