Current Employee Its clear most of Wasabi's internal promotions that make up most of today's sales management team were conducted on the basis of friendship rather than skill or competency. There's more than a few managers / directors who have no concept of selling or how to be a decent people manager.
I really wish the CEO / board of directors could see some or have visibility into some of the illogical things sales management says or has us do.
The gossip, trash talking and at times desire to profess political views by one director of sales is quite bad.
