Current Employee4.4Jan 4, 2024I really enjoy working here. Great first sales job with supportive and excellent management team.
Former Employee3.0Aug 21, 2024Not a bad company to work for, but the sales department is flawed, the base pay is low for the industry and the variable comp is tied to an incredibly inflated expectation that goes up each year even though you continue to chase the same variable comp number. Effective commission rates ends up being closer to 5%

Current Employee4.3Oct 28, 2024Innovative. Incredible leaders. Supportive. Does take advantage of the low cost of living in primary location, driving compensation lower. That's economics, I suppose. No hard feelings. I would do the same as an employer.
