The sales org has a toxic, male-dominated culture where leadership primarily promotes each other (men only). Women in sales are consistently overlooked for advancement, with promotions rarely extended beyond the inner circle. Leadership lacks accountability and reinforces the same narrow voices at the top. There is little to no career development or support for those outside this ‘men’s club,’ leading to low morale, lack of diversity, and politics consistently overshadowing merit.

Overall Wework offers a much needed product, yet leadership is not diverse and do not welcome those who challenge the status quo.
