I was there at a very hectic time in 2019/2020 but overall the pay was good and leadership was questionable

Good experience. Quota's, KPI's, and processes change monthly. You get to work with talented and cool people at the company. There seems to be a lack of upward mobility unless you want to get into management, which opportunities are hard to come by. However, I do not regret working for WeWork!
