inbound lead flow is terrible, average deal size is $2000 ARR; but quota is $110,000 ARR/month. Management is constantly talking about problems that need fixed to address seller sentiment but never digs into the details/real solutions. base pay is 40k, and OTE is 125,000 but you don't get the full payment on commissions until you hit 85% of your month. New to WebPT this year. The sales training was essentially watch some demo videos for 3 weeks and get on the phones. Managers were moved around and/or fired within the first few months.
