Leadership was supportive. There was lots of changes internally and PE investor control. Reputation took a hit but sounds like new leadership is working to improve everything.

Your head will spin daily with the unrealistic expectations and uncontrollable chaos. The products are outdated, everyone is stretched thin and no one cares
