Former Employee Sucky company. It's only a summer sales job. You only get paid on commission if you've met quota which is 5 closed deals. Easiest sets of my life though, I would set around 11 appointments a day which is rewarding, however you never get paid out for setting only if they close which the closers are phone salesman who are thee worst salesman known to man. The nice part is, is that they had an hourly rate if you're just starting but never work there for a longterm career. The rest of the year besides the summer is fertalizer technician
