If you're an "outsider", don't expect to be treated fairly. Most roles that the folks were let go were replaced with "insiders". Keeping the stereotypes alive and well.

I have only been in the role for 2 months. So far it seems very positive. Decent amount of inbound leads and a base of existing customers. Product reliability seems to continue to be a real issue with engineering teams working hard on ironing out bugs and developing new features
