Overall experience was decent, it was really dependent on who was above me. For the first half of my tenure management was great and then there was a shift in management. Really long days leaving the house around 8-9am and not getting back till 8-10pm. Tons of driving, money isn’t bad but work life balance is pretty poor.

Pay is high but it needs to be for what your put through. Lots of driving, same day sets, they have made recent changes with the hope to increase work life balance, and while it was a small change it’s encouraging to see them try.
