West Shore Home reps are in home high-pressure sales agents. No mileage expense reimbursement, appointments may be 90 miles from the office. The rep may be notified of an appointment as late as 90 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If the sale is not made in the initial appointment in the customer's home the sales rep is not paid any commission regardless of if the lead converts in the future. 25% reduction in commission applied for following the prescribed sales methodology makes it almost impossible to earn full commission.

Overall experience was decent, it was really dependent on who was above me. For the first half of my tenure management was great and then there was a shift in management. Really long days leaving the house around 8-9am and not getting back till 8-10pm. Tons of driving, money isn’t bad but work life balance is pretty poor.

Great potential to make over six figures plus. Decent product. Training is quick and easy but designed to give you a road map to close. If you’re not a closer this isn’t for you. Management will chew you up and spit you out when you have no value to them.
