It's a great company, taking the right steps in the right direction. They just reviewed our commission's % which is great, the product still needs a lot. The achievement of goals is difficult

Great people, great product but not-so-great new upper management. Low wages and laughable commissions far below industry standards. They prefer to hire outside the US so they can pay lower wages too.

Lots of opportunity for growth and uncapped commission. The culture focuses highly on DEI and inclusion. As with any sales role it takes some time to ramp but they have ramp commission in place. Product is a great market fit and the team is constantly innovating to roll out new features for current and future clients.

My overall experience has been good, besides pay. I have over-attained and still not getting paid real money compared to competitors out there. The culture, work/life balance, and diversity are absolutely amazing. Unlimited PTO is true and all the people here have been amazing to work with.
