Current Employee Very positive experience as of late. sales leadership completely reworked the variable compensation plan to dramatically improve earning potential, that before 2025 wasn’t great. They’ve also overhauled training and enablement which seems to be improving quickly. I refuse receive coaching and this seems to be pretty consistent now across teams.
Overall culture is fantastic, with only those who can’t hack sales in general seemingly being more negative. You get out what you put into this role.
I do think that they are growing fast and dealing with pain associated but I trust the leadership. I’d like to see better benefits though. Browse Other Reviews
