Very positive experience as of late. sales leadership completely reworked the variable compensation plan to dramatically improve earning potential, that before 2025 wasn’t great. They’ve also overhauled training and enablement which seems to be improving quickly. I refuse receive coaching and this seems to be pretty consistent now across teams. Overall culture is fantastic, with only those who can’t hack sales in general seemingly being more negative. You get out what you put into this role. I do think that they are growing fast and dealing with pain associated but I trust the leadership. I’d like to see better benefits though.

Wetravel is not a great place to work as an account executive. They treat salespeople like they’re disposable. Upper sales leadership is unqualified and incompetent, while mid-managers offer no coaching or ongoing support, leading to constant turnover, low morale, and poor performance. Lots of opportunity for growth and uncapped commission. The culture focuses highly on DEI and inclusion. As with any sales role it takes some time to ramp but they have ramp commission in place. Product is a great market fit and the team is constantly innovating to roll out new features for current and future clients.
