Current Employee The company is growing quickly and the product is getting larger and better every day. Market share is growing as more and more features are released. Obviously makes it a better product to sell as they keep building it out. Base pay is abysmal for SaaS sales, and even in the industry our competitors pay about 20% more base pay. There isn’t any growth opportunity here truthfully. They’ve hired externally for almost all roles regarding leadership or that would be considered a promotion or furthering your career. The only thing you could become would be Senior AE.
Overall, good company to work for because of the people and the culture. Over time, the benefits of PTO, Work from Home, and Remote first begin to feel like they’re offered just to keep people around but not pay them fairly.
