Former Employee My overall experience at Wiley was very poor. They changed my compensation structure after only working there for about four months. When they realize what they had done was actually going to be more favorable to me financially, and they would have to pay me more money, they abruptly change the compensation structure yet again, the company is performing very poorly and they are looking for anywhere to trim costs and that includes screwing over the employees with compensation.
