Great product. Very flat org structure with co-founders hands in everything. Creates a lot of bottlenecks. Preach transparency, but in practice, key decisions and information are often withheld or inconsistently communicated.

Windfall is a great organization and has a lot of potential as a start-up. While the base is average/below average, the earning and growth potential for an SDR here is great.

This is a very difficult sales organization to work for. Leadership is poor and heavily micromanages, requiring every employee to send a weekly update email to their manager or even the CEO every Friday. Inbound is very rare - marketing department has lots of turnover/doesn't exist. Most AEs survive from self prospected deals and SDR leads
