Former Employee This is a very difficult sales organization to work for. Leadership is poor and heavily micromanages, requiring every employee to send a weekly update email to their manager or even the CEO every Friday. There’s virtually no marketing support or inbound pipeline, and leadership relies on the same recycled webinar each week while expecting reps to somehow close business from it. Most leaders eventually get dismissed by the CEO due to ongoing conflicts, and the environment operates like a constant PIP factory. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.
