The company is good for gaining experience as an SDR. As an AE, the deal cycles are long, inbound leads are difficult and leadership can be aggressive.

This is a very difficult sales organization to work for. Leadership is poor and heavily micromanages, requiring every employee to send a weekly update email to their manager or even the CEO every Friday.
