Company is attempting to become a fully featured MSP, however, reputation and service delivery issues, poor training, poor competence and poor product knowledge causes customers to discuss Windstream as anything other than a connections provider, primary or secondary.

It was a good company to work for in terms of the rank and file people. Teammates and immediate supervisors cared for the employees. Bean counters higher up decimated the company through layoffs.
