Current Employee The incentive structure often puts your best interest against the customers. Upgrades which come with a plan are completely disincentivized. Many products are not in high demand but you’re required to sell a certain proportion.Don’t get me wrong there are some great deals, but the goal system forces you to sell different categories and lose major pay if you don’t . Even if you generate the same amount of revenue as someone else. The company has many different ways you could lose major pay, like forgetting to punch in less than 90% of the time or using our store devices to make transactions instead of doing it through the customers phone which might be demolished Browse Other Reviews
