My overall experience at Wix was very good. The culture was beyond expectations, my team was awesome and the benefits were incredible. However, there was a 70% floor and a 130% cap. So it was not a role where I was able to make a lot of money

This was a brand new division created within Wix, that didn’t last. It was selling to fitness companies competing with mind body (but vastly different). They definitely took a shot to make this work, most people moved to inside the org after the division was shut down. Not a bad place to work, great culture, great product, all prospecting is done by reps.
