Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Wonderlic puts people over profits which is a RARE thing to see with sales organizations. This means that you get a lot of perks and way too much leniency with missing goal. While this is awesome as a rep, it leads to the company falling dramatically short on quota attainment. To put a fine point on it, only 3 people have hit goal in the last 1.5 years and each has done it only once. Just over a year ago the company headcount was around 160 but due to poor workforce planning, forecasting, and quota attainment the company has laid off nearly 100 employees (60%+) in about a year.
It's a great company with huge potential but poor decision making from every side coupled with lack of actual sales talent is quickly sending them in a bad direction.
If you get the chance to work here, I'd recommend it, but don't expect to be there long
