Not bad, compensations structure is okay. Not enough imboujd leads, top reps gets the majority of good opps from the sdrs, everyone else has to build there own pipeline with less leads.

Last I was employed there, WordStream sells digital marketing campaigns to small businesses. The administrative costs were above market rate, and could be about 100% of marketing budget meaning that if someone had a $10,000 monthly budget, $5,000 of that would be allocated to administrative costs.
