My experience at WorkBoard was overall pretty good. Pockets of fantastic leadership, however where there were leadership challenges, they were ignored and it tremendously impacted the customer experience and onboarding. There were so many talented sales people and sales architects who left the company making it difficult to understand what the future of the company would look like. The direction changed often - and that is ok - but the lack of communication is hard for people.
