Former Employee3.9May 28, 2025Experience was okay. Business strategy discussed in a vacuum and initiatives changed depending on what areas of the org weren’t performing at the moment. Base pay was below competitors. Awards were a big perk when they were given regularly, but quantity of those given and their values both decreased lately.
