Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This company has very high turnover for sales leadership. They have had 4 VP I’d Sales in 4 years and the turnover for sales people is also very high. Even the top-performing rep month-over-month never hit the unreasonably high quota they have set. The OTE is not attainable. 0% of the team has hit quota over the last 10 months and they put every single AE on the team on a PIP because they believe it is the salesperson’s fault, not leadership. The product is also not a product that is needed, but more of an add-on.
