I have a great boss and work life balance is good but no one’s hitting quota and base salary sucks. Company is also kind of a sinking ship.

Xerox has excellent training product and customer sales and retention. The culture was initially very good but took a huge nose dive once Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason took over and started destroying the company. Everything changed. I would imagine if you were interviewing or just starting to work there now they are a wonderful company again.
