Marketing completely broken. Sales team of 6/7 splitting 40 marketing leads per month. 70-80% of sales team on PIP for not hitting goal. Leadership suddenly increased target 30% YOY and hired more sellers rather than improve lead generation to achieve lofty new goal. No surprise most sellers are on PIPs and positions of those that leave are never filled.

Dysfunctional senior management team that have been bought from other areas of RELX are unqualified and any experience they have isn't relevant. Management are living in an echo chamber making one mistake after another. Avoid
