My experience at Yardstik was wonderful! The leadership is trustworthy, passionate, and clearly capable of bringing Yardstik where it wants to and needs to go. The compensation was fair and achievable. For many, the speed at which a startup runs might be too fast. But for me it was perfect. If you can stay on your toes, work hard, and deal with change, Yardstik will be a great place.
