Current Employee Overall the training is well thought out & orchestrated for someone doing a BDR role for the very first time. Compensation needs to be higher on base side for amount of activity we are required to perform daily and should be well thought out for those ppl coming into organization with full sales cycle experience that have chosen to transition their career into tech.
