The comp and the people were good. The crm and the sales tools were also good. The marketing support was lacking so you were basically on your own calling on for an obscure brand and coordination with the hardcopy reps was poor.

All they talk about is what Iron Mountain is doing. Their #1 goal is to hire people from Iron Mountain and carry them around like trophies. Sitting in a company meeting having to listen to an enterprise rep talk about a recent win and he's bragging about how much he jacked up this new customers rates. Lack of thought leadership! Company struggling to transition to SAAS business model due to many platforms involved due to so many acquisitions making the sales process extremely slow antiquated and current leaders stuck in the 70's. Hence they are loosing their footprint and unable to scale up.
