My overall experience with Addison Group was that upper management didn’t care about anything but the bottom line at whatever cost. Leadership is out of touch with reality and still wants to do things “old school” instead of modernizing. You are a cog in a wheel, forced to hit metrics that ultimately do very little for your actual goals. The goals keep getting higher and higher and seem out of reach to most.

There’s strong earning potential for those who stay long term and consistently perform, which can be a great motivator. That said, the company culture could benefit from improvements around inclusivity and leadership transparency. There's room for growth in creating a more supportive and collaborative environment, especially for newer employees.
