My overall experience with Addison Group was that upper management didn’t care about anything but the bottom line at whatever cost. Leadership is out of touch with reality and still wants to do things “old school” instead of modernizing. You are a cog in a wheel, forced to hit metrics that ultimately do very little for your actual goals. The goals keep getting higher...Read More
