Former Employee1.3Nov 17, 2023The job was a great introduction to how if you want to be successful, you have to go at it with teeth showing. Even though the support, leadership, and training weren't there, it was great exposure to a fast-paced industry.

Current Employee3.0May 14, 2025There’s strong earning potential for those who stay long term and consistently perform, which can be a great motivator. That said, the company culture could benefit from improvements around inclusivity and leadership transparency. There's room for growth in creating a more supportive and collaborative environment, especially for newer employees.
