Current Employee Managers and team structures change 2-3 times a year, quality of service offered to clients has steeply declined, company is seeking to maximize profits for investors at all cost. There is little to no opportunity to grow for their own staff. No one in sales is hitting targets. Culture is moving from valuing independence, autonomy, and resourcefulness towards micromanagement. Future is uncertain. Now is not a good time to join.
