I’ve been with AirGarage a long time. Leadership and culture is great, but it’s hard to hit quota and I don’t know that leadership really realizes this.

Terrible company. It's basically a personality cult revolving around the CEO who has never had a real job before. Claims to be a growth-oriented / growth-minded culture.. but in truth they are averse to feedback at best, and outwardly hostile and discriminatory toward anyone who speaks up and gives honest feedback. 3 changes to comp plan within 10 months.
