Former Employee Terrible company. It's basically a personality cult revolving around the CEO who has never had a real job before. Claims to be a growth-oriented / growth-minded culture.. but in truth they are averse to feedback at best, and outwardly hostile and discriminatory toward anyone who speaks up and gives honest feedback.
3 changes to comp plan within 10 months. CEO running the sales org. SDR manager dumb as rocks, but likes to micromanage. "Sales Ops" have over-engineered everything.. but nothing works.. and they are THE WORST at taking feedback.. the Sales Ops manager's ego is even more fragile than the CEO's.
The worst is when a company decides to cut costs by gouging sales' salaries.. that's what's happening here.
Zero product differentiation from giant incumbents in the space.. though the cult worshippers swear the product is the best thing since sliced bread.
Can't really speak to the engineering team but the actual operations team hates the sales team and shoots down ~60% of viable opportunities... either because they are lazy or because they suck at retention.. it's not clear.
10/10 avoid this place. AEs are suffering comp plan changes and commissions that pay out over 12 months! Browse Other Reviews
