Great place to earn money but you need to get lucky with a spending account. Aiven has a self-service model which allows customers to sign up online without speaking to a rep. The reps who make money are assigned high-growth accounts and ride that wave.

The only issue I have is with how some of the management can be. In some cases they will have very conflicting/contradicting opinions when looking at the data. KPI's matter much more then hitting or over attaining your number.
