Less reps means bigger territories, more inbounds, and our enablement is able to focus more acutely on improving our sales process. Meaning - bigger deals and more of them. Quota percentage has increased.

My experience was good! Classic software sales experience with a good enough base and they leave it up to you to cold call everyday and get your own leads within an assigned state. They do have good managers and smart people working for them. You move up to mid market and potentially enterprise if you absolutely crush. I’d recommend them if you want a grindy self...Read More

Overtained, overworked, and underpaid. The training is constant and is compensation for not having a product that is a necessity in a recession. They have abandoned their culture's core tenants of having a "no a$$hole policy" and treating people like humans, not robots.
