The inbound lead / opportunity flow was amazing in Q1 / Q2 but there have been a few changes made that have drastically reduced the incoming leads. There are solutions coming into place to help this and hopefully will be on the upswing. The base compensation is very competitive and highly motivating.

Experience has been good so far. Very strong MF, very high lead flow, mainly still smb leads, however. Very competitive category and competition dragging ACV down. Race to bottom sometimes, but there are competitors that cost more, and we've been able to grow and raise maintaining our price leader status.
