Current Employee Overall this company proclaims to have a great inclusive culture. With the possibility to make a lot of money. What they do not tell you about is that leadership is heavily bias. There are no people of color in executive leadership roles. Possibly 10-20 people of color in mid-level leadership roles in the USA. In the last 4 years quotas have been over inflated and unattainable. Bonus compensations are highly inconsistent. If looking to be promoted. If you are not part of the “good ol boy” club—you will not get promoted. They redline territories on a quarterly basis preventing you from building momentum in growth. Your direct managers are extremely congested with admin work. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of them. Training teams are underdeveloped and are extremely combative and argumentative if you question methodology.
