My experience at Galderma, particularly with the West Coast sales leadership, was highly disappointing. The environment was driven more by favoritism and short-term wins than by integrity or sustainable business practices. Leadership actively encouraged selling into inappropriate markets—knowingly violating targeting guidelines—and then covered it up when challenged....Read More
