Current Employee My overall experience at altafiber has been good. Management tends to have a bit of favoritism, but I believe that is to be expected anywhere. Quota is expected to be hit at 80% which is just under 1 sale a day. Inbound leads are often not good, and are given to usually people management prefers at the time of me writing. Overall culture is amazing and coworkers are a delight to be with. Market is oversaturated and is a "nice to have product" not a "need to have" in the SMB market, making opportunities few and far between and are usually driven by price, not quality of the service. Roughly half of the company will hit quota, but this is usually due to connections, leads, and or lucky prospecting dependent on territory.
