It’s a rat race for territory and there’s no structure to it. The top reps can do what they please but anybody below them get micromanaged. The company itself is great but you will burn out quickly

Former Employee3.6Jan 17, 2024Overall I would say the commision structure is excellent. The company does pay lucrative commissions. The day to day work could be stressful due to the conditions we would work in but if you worked hard you definitely made a ton of money.
